Are the products Australian made?
Yes! All products are printed on demand by us. We source our base products within Australia whenever possible which is most of the time.
Can I personalise my product?
As all products are produced on demand, we are happy to personalise them according to your requirements. If we have any doubt about what you require, we will produce a ‘mock up’ design of your product for your approval before printing.
Is shipping really free?
Of course not! Shipping costs are a significant portion of the total product price. We decided to offer our products with shipping included for your peace of mind. Once you place an order, StarPortraits will produce and ship the item using the most timely and economical option.
Is express shipping available?
We find our delivery partners to provide reliable service. Most products are delivered within 5 business days. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post using Australia Post, please contact us for a personalised quotation.
